If you contact us via a form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Data Storage

We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner within the framework of cookies, as well as the name, address and credit card number of the buyer.

In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: name, address, email address, telephone number.

The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude a contract with you. Data is not transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing banking institutions / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport / shipping company commissioned by us for delivery of the goods, and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

After the shopping process is canceled, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the statutory retention period under tax law (7 years).

The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until the expiration of product liability (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG as well as Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. A cookie is a small file that can be stored on your computer when you visit a website. Cookies are generally used to provide users with additional functions on a website. For example, they can be used to make navigation easier, allow you to continue using a website where you left off, and/or save your preferences and settings when you revisit the website. Cookies cannot access, read, or modify any other data on your computer.

Most of the cookies on our website are so-called session cookies. They are automatically deleted when you leave our website. Persistent cookies, on the other hand, remain stored on your computer until you manually delete them in your browser.

If you want to control cookies on your computer, you can configure your browser settings to notify you when a website wants to store cookies. You can also block or delete cookies that have already been stored on your computer. If you would like to learn more about how to do this, please use the “Help” function in your browser.

Google Web Fonts

This website uses so-called web fonts provided by Google to ensure a uniform display of fonts. When you access a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display text and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google’s servers. Through this, Google becomes aware that our website has been accessed via your IP address.

The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offerings. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used.

Further information about Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy

Web Analytics

Our website uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies to help analyze how users use the website.

The information generated by such cookies about your use of this website (including your IP address and the URLs of the accessed webpages as well as website attributes) is transmitted to and stored on Google servers in the USA. We do not store any of your data collected in connection with Google Analytics.

Our website uses the IP anonymization feature provided by Google Analytics. Your IP address is therefore shortened/anonymized by Google as soon as Google receives your IP address. On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide further services related to website and internet usage.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

Deactivating Google Analytics

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG as well as Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

SSL Encryption

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use appropriate encryption methods in accordance with the current state of the art (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.

Social Media Cookies

We use social media plug-ins to enable users to recommend and share content from social networks, such as Facebook, Twitter, and Flickr widgets. We use a two-step process for this purpose. Data is only transferred to third parties when users click on one of the icons displayed in the social media bar. We have no influence over or access to cookies set by Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, etc.

Google reCAPTCHA

To protect input forms on our website, we may use the “reCAPTCHA” service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). The use of this service makes it possible to distinguish whether the corresponding input is of human origin or the result of automated machine processing.

To the best of our knowledge, the referrer URL, IP address, behavior of website visitors, information about operating system, browser and time spent on the site, cookies, display instructions and scripts, user input behavior, and mouse movements in the area of the “reCAPTCHA” checkbox are transmitted to Google.

The IP address transmitted as part of reCAPTCHA is not merged with other Google data unless you are logged into your Google account at the time of using the reCAPTCHA plug-in. If you want to prevent this transmission and storage of data about you and your behavior on our website by Google, you must log out of Google before visiting our website or using the reCAPTCHA plug-in.

Google Maps

This website uses the Google Maps product from Google LLC. By using this website, you consent to the collection, processing and use of automatically collected data by Google LLC, its representatives and third parties.

Data Retention Period

Your data is generally stored by us for as long as statutory retention obligations exist or storage is necessary to fulfill our legal duties, and beyond that for as long as warranty, guarantee or limitation periods have not yet expired.

Your Rights

You generally have the rights to information, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
